Solid State Logic (SSL) and its UK distributor Sound Technology will host a free studio workshop at Production Room in Leeds on March 28th 2013.
From 2pm to 7pm, SSL's Nathan Hernando and mix engineer Gary Bromham will be on hand to demonstrate the company's latest DAW control and audio processing range, including the X-Rack system and new 500 Series compatible E-Series modules, Matrix, X-Desk, Nucleus, and MADI-equipped Alpha Link MX converters.
At 5:30pm, Hernando will present a seminar entitled Why do You Work That Way?, which will focus on workflow and the factors that affect the studio environment. Visitors will get the chance to examine and discuss various studio set-ups and gain insight into how their workflow can be more productive, and learn how to make better music.
The event is free to attend, but numbers are limited and registration is required.
