Audinate, the company behind the Dante networking technology will receive the prestigious Grand Prix prize at the 2015 Pro Sound Awards.

With more than 225 licensees now part of the Dante family, including Shure, Harman, Sennheiser, Bose, TC Group and Avid, 2014–15 has been a hugely important period for Audinate, which will become the third winner of the Grand Prix – after Miloco Group (2014) and BEIRG (2013) – at the event in September.

“It is a huge honour for Audinate to receive the 2015 Grand Prix award,” said Audinate CEO Lee Ellison. “As a company, we have never forgotten that our success depends on our customers.

“The whole Audinate team has been dedicated to the vision of bringing the IT revolution to the AV industry. We are proud that Dante has rapidly been adopted as the market-leading audio-over-IP solution and humbled by the recognition from our peers for this achievement.”

Recognising outstanding achievement in professional audio, the Pro Sound Awards return to the Ministry of Sound nightclub in London on Thursday 24 September.
