An Ohm loudspeaker system was chosen for the new Hard Rock Cafe in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
With so many sound choices around, the Ohm solution was picked due to its "exceptional performance, unbeatable reliability and robust, craft-built speakers," according to the British manufacturer.
Nestling among memorabilia from Rihanna, Michael Jackson and Eric Clapton, the Ohm system covers a 360-degree main bar, two VIP lounges, VIP bar and a live entertainment space.
The company's Kazakhstan distributor, Audio Video Technology, designed and supervised the installation, deciding on a Total Clarity system, with TRS loudspeakers for the stage and Bootiques for the outdoor terraces.
Kazakhstan's first Hard Rock Cafe is expected to be a major attraction for locals and tourists alike, and adds to the grown list of Ohm installations already in Almaty.
“It was critical for us to get the sound right for our newest Hard Rock Cafe. That’s why we’re so happy we chose Ohm. Their Total Clarity high performance sound system is integrated beautifully into our venue, so we’ve opened our doors, and we’re ready to rock,” said the venue's general manager Oksana Vodnev.
Ohm founder and MD, Jo Olenski, added: “It’s an honour to be chosen by another music and entertainment icon. Just like us, Hard Rock Cafe has been raising the bar on how great music should sound, and we’re proud to be chosen to deliver it.”
