Audio Pro International recently caught up with Automated Processes, Inc. (API) president Larry Droppa at KMR Audio in North London.
We used the opportunity to speak to Droppa about the progress the company has made since he took over in 1999, including how the analogue specialist was able to take advantage of the "backlash" against some of the early digital products.
Other topics of discussion included Droppa's background before taking the reins at the manufacturer – he is also an experienced live sound engineer, and toured for many years with Stevie Wonder – the firm's various strengths, and what we can expect to see from API in the near future.
