Described as the world’s largest trade-only event for the music products industry, the 2015 NAMM Show has been scheduled for January 22nd - 25th.
The event offers more than 5,000 audio and MI brands, events, educational sessions and live entertainment.
"NAMM members who make the trip to Anaheim have already demonstrated their commitment to succeed, using the platform of the NAMM Show to stay current on industry trends and business practices to make better decisions in the year ahead,” said Joe Lamond, president and CEO of NAMM.
"This event is the crossroads of the global music industry and there is no better place to see all the exciting new products under one roof, meet and hear from industry leaders who are shaping the future for us all and at the same time attend some of the most enjoyable music and networking events of the whole year. We’re looking forward to producing a fun and productive show for our members in January.”
Hotel bookings for NAMM members are also now being accepted, while the booking period for non-members starts on November 12th. Visitors are advised to book early.
New for 2015 is Backstage @ NAMM – a casual networking area just behind the NAMM GoPro Stage at The Grand Plaza, which will feature food, drink and live streaming entertainment throughout the day.
The organiser has already announced its first H.O.T. Zone educational sessions with various "audio luminaries." Click here for more on next year's line-up.
Starting January 7th 2015, badge registrations will incur a $50-$100 fee, and exhibition space is still available.
Finally, the 30th annual NAMM Technical Excellence & Creativity Awards, which recognises outstanding achievement in audio product innovation and sound production, will be held during the show. Revered audio engineer Ed Cherney will be inducted into the NAMM TEC Awards Hall of Fame at the same event.
