PMC USA has restructured its Hi-Fi and Custom Installation division in order to capitalise on the success of its loudspeaker range and strengthen future growth.
Sales for all PMC Hi-Fi and CI products will now be handled centrally from the company's offices in Irvine, California, which already operates as a hub for all professional monitor sales. The new division will be headed by Brent Esry, PMC USA's national sales manager for CI-HiFi (pictured), who brings extensive experience of the CI-HiFi market to the role.
"By bringing all PMC USA operations under one roof, we can significantly increase our reaction times and offer much better support to our dealers and customers," said Maurice Patist PMC USA's president of sales and marketing. "The new structure will also allow dealers and system integrators to access help and training from specialists with extensive experience of the Hi-Fi and CI markets, and from PMC's professional loudspeaker team who regularly advises top producers, artists and recording facilities on the right pro monitors for their needs."
PMC USA is now recruiting new staff to accommodate these changes and has expanded its warehouse facilities so that it can hold a greater range of stock. Among the many products in PMC's Hi-Fi and CI loudspeaker portfolio are the slim-line wafer series, the hand-crafted twenty series, the SEseries and the floor-standing fact range.
PMC USA is also restructuring its dealer network for both Hi-Fi and CI products to ensure that this properly represents the ethos that drives the brand. Online sales will not be part of this equation as PMC believes its Hi-Fi and CI products are best represented by a knowledgeable sales team.
