Audio-Technica has announced the appointment of a new distributor for its products in Denmark.
From 1 April, Kinovox Scandinavia – whose current portfolio includes Biamp, König & Meyer and Apart Audio – will assume responsibility for the manufacturer’s range of professional microphones, headphones and accessories in the territory.
Dre Klaassen, Audio-Technica export sales manager, said: “I am delighted to have entered into this new agreement with Kinovox. The company has built an excellent reputation working with highly regarded brands and I’m very pleased to see Audio-Technica added to their offering – I consider them true microphone people.”
Kinovox’s Jesper Kirkegaard Jensen commented: “Our goal as a distribution company is to deliver a complete solution, making life easy for our customers. We have been looking for a quality microphone brand that delivers excellent products at the right price point and as a very respected, strong brand in the market, the opportunity to take on distribution for Audio-Technica was something we couldn’t miss out on. We’re very much looking forward to developing our relationship with the company and building the brand together in the Danish market.”
