Audio Media International is in the process of being acquired by the Datateam Media Group, a specialist publisher in the B2B space. The acquisition is due to complete in early January.

The plan is for all AMI staff to transfer over to the new business. At present, out of respect for TUPE regulations, we can't go into further detail about the change.

However, for AMI it's certainly business as usual. We'll continue to operate our monthly magazine, the website and our social channels. Although, it's worth noting here that we'll be off for the Christmas break from the 21st of December to the 2nd of January.

With a new publisher on board and lots of exciting announcements to come, it looks like it will be a great 2019 for the brand.

If you have any queries at all about the change, you can contact the editor Colby Ramsey directly at colby.ramsey@futurenet.com
