Alphatec appointed Music Group's Indian Distributor

Move comes as Uli Behringer's company looks to strengthen its network in the APAC region.

In a move to strengthen the company’s network in the APAC region, Music Group has announced the appointment of Alphatec Audio Video as distributor for Midas, Klark Teknik, Turbosound, Behringer and Bugera for India.

Alphatec is currently gearing up to participate at PALM India 2015 in Mumbai later this week, where all Music Group brands will be on display.

“We are proud and excited to be given this opportunity to represent such prestigious brands in India," said Alphatec director Devasis Barkataki. "These world-class brands are strongly recognised and favoured by the Indian market. We will heavily invest in our customer service to further open the Indian market to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.”

Prior to Alphatec, Devasis spearheaded Ace Acoustics – Harman’s master distributor in the Indian Eastern Region.
