Solid State Logic will debut LMS-16, a powerful new multi-channel loudness and true peak metering system at IBC 2013 (Hall 8, Stand D.83).

The LMS-16 offers advanced metering, as well as NUGEN Audio's MultiMonitor software, in a fully configured and tested turnkey system based on a powerful 1RU PC with low noise fans, a 15-second boot time and pre-built restore partition. Professional loudness metering of 96 channels of audio (@ 48 kHz) requires considerable processing power and this PC "delivers," according to Solid State Logic (SSL).

Audio I/O to the system is provided by Solid State Logic’s MadiXtreme 128 audio interface, which offers two 64 channel fibre connections. GPI connectivity allows it to integrate with SSL consoles and other gear, while an optional LCD monitor arm can be attached to SSL's C100 or C10 consoles without any modification to the console.
