Pioneer Pro Audio partners with ADE

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is an all-encompassing platform for electronic music, combining a festival, conferences and a cultural playground that extends across the city for five days.

ADE has once again partnered with Pioneer Pro Audio, who will be supplying sound systems for a number of official event venues, including the ADE Zen Space, an oasis in which visitors to the event can unwind, relax and gather their thoughts. Located in the 600-year-old Waalse Kerk church, Zen Space will feature concerts, performances, talks and meditation sessions, requiring a flexible and powerful premium-quality audio solution.

ADE features more than 1,000 events in 200 venues, attracts in the region of 400,000 visitors and includes live performances from more than 2,500 artists. The festival is supplemented by talks, hardware presentations, exhibitions, promotions and interactive events.

Across multiple spaces at Brakkeground, De La Mar Theatre, Audio Compagnie Theatre and more, Pioneer Pro Audio will supply speakers from its XPRS and XY-Series to cover a wide range of applications. The XPRS range offers a highly flexible, quick set-up plug and play option, whilst in environments where more control and power is required, XY-Series will be deployed. Leading event suppliers AVL Rent of Amsterdam will install all the systems.

Mark Grotefeld, general manager, marketing, at Pioneer Pro Audio said: “High quality, reliable audio across the board is absolutely essential for an event of this type and scale and we’re pleased that Pioneer Pro Audio is returning to continue our excellent working relationship with ADE. We are again looking forward to working closely with our integration partners AVL to meet the high audio expectations of this five-day global gathering.”

ADE runs from Wednesday October 16 to Sunday October 20.
