Google launches new spatial audio project

Google has launched a new VR project called Inside Music in collaboration with podcast Song Exploder and various artists across different genres including Phoenix, Perfume Genius, Natalia Lafourcade and Ibeyi, Alarm Will Sound.

The experiment uses spatial audio to help you explore how a piece of music has been composed and has been built using WebVR technology, which doesn’t require the installation of an app, meaning it can be viewed in a browser.
