Molinare has acquired VET Ltd.’s Hoxton-based post-production facilities.
The move delivers a readymade East London facility for the award-winning company under the new banner of Molinare Hoxton – in the heart of Shoreditch’s vibrant creative hub – and follows the firm’s acquisition of Hackenbacker from e-Post Media Limited – owner of HALO Post Production – earlier this year.
The 5,000 sqft Hoxton Square-located facility will continue to offer clients a range of services and the option of working in the East or Central London location of their choice.
Current director Ellie Stanway will continue to head up the post-production hub at Hoxton Square to ensure continuity of service.
Molinare says it will invest to further grow the facility’s capacity and upgrade its facilities to meet the needs of the growing film and broadcast production community in East London. Increasing offline capacity, installing central storage and upgrading the audio and grading suites are all planned for the near future.
Julie Parmenter, MD, Molinare commented: “The move is part of Molinare’s business plan for growth and enables us to provide our expanded services to existing and potential clients in the very dynamic Shoreditch region. We are delighted to welcome the team into the Molinare family and look forward to introducing clients to our Hoxton base.”
VET directors Joan Leese, Pat Horridge and Ellie Stanway added: “This is a terrific opportunity to secure an exciting expanded future for our post production facility in Hoxton Square and allow training to adapt to a more flexible mode of delivery in line with current and developing client needs and delivery models. Our post production offer will be extended to a wider range of clients through this new relationship with Molinare, and our combined expertise makes for a stronger business which will benefit from Molinare’s experience, creativity, and investment.
